• Post coded signs on each office door
• Move plants and fine art in separate van (you verified insurance in phase 3)
• Make sure the phones have dial tone on the main line
• Assign someone to man the phones

How to Maximize Productivity

Get the movers to load the van so that the first items out are for the people who need to get to work the soonest. Unless they are truly helping, give each employee a specific time to be there to get their area set up. Too many employees will only get in the way of the movers, they are professionals and people getting in their way will only slow them down.
